Challenge:

Create a digital ecosystem for the company's 10th anniversary conference, focused on IT innovation in processing, billing, and fuel solutions. The goal was to merge registration, guest engagement, and the debut of the updated app (featuring the interactive GP RACE game) into a single, smooth event journey.

Result:

We built a Telegram bot that automated registration, reminders, and communication — eliminating manual work. Gamified mechanics (in app tasks, driver bonuses, GP RACE integration) boosted engagement. Synced with the business program, the bot reinforced key themes and amplified the conference as a platform for networking and knowledge sharing.
