Challenge:

Excel couldn't keep up anymore: dozens of projects, manual expense tracking, scattered payments, and profitability figured out "manually" per client. We needed a CRM to unify projects, budgets, and finances — with automated invoicing, 1С integration, and transparent analytics by project, client, and team.

Result:

We built a custom CRM that consolidates contracts, invoices, expenses, team hours, and payments in one place — with real time profitability per project.

Two way 1С integration syncs payment statuses and triggers auto notifications. Dashboards on margin, cash flow, and workload replaced manual reporting — enabling data driven agency management.
