Challenge:

Sber launched Prosha, an AI assistant for regional government PR, to automate routine and improve media/citizen communications. We provided product and comms consulting: designing use cases, dialogue logic, tone, and standard responses — making the tool intuitive, regulation ready, and truly useful.

Result:

We co-developed the assistant's core features: press release and Q&A scenarios, media response drafts, and regional agenda tips. Together with Sber, we set the tone, dialogue logic, and KPIs for government PR. The solution is now live within Sber's ecosystem.
